Earlier this month Melanie and Madeleine from our Customer Success team headed to the inaugural GROUNDED Australia conference. Or was it a festival? With a milkshake bar, a sauna, live music and plenty of bunting, the lines were blurred.
Madeleine didn’t have to travel far. Held at Fat Pig Farm in Tasmania’s Huon Valley, it was a 5 minute drive from home for her. Melanie flew in from Victoria, and the sunshine also arrived from somewhere, right on time.

Outside the tent there was a packed schedule of talks from 8am to 5pm on both days. These education sessions, including some more practical ‘walkshops’, were equal parts fascinating, honest and inspirational. The programming and curation is a testament to the advisory team.
Some of the most interesting and relevant sessions our team managed to see were:
It was a huge success and planning is already underway for Grounded 2025…rumours are that it might travel to Victoria before heading to Western Australia the following year.
