Using Mobble for Compliance Record Keeping and Audits

Compliant records are essential to uphold the industry reputation for providing quality produce that meets animal welfare standards. Mobble is here to make your record keeping quick, simple and accessible at a moment's notice.

Here are some of the key features in Mobble that help make audits a breeze:

Mob Histories

Mobble provides a full history of each mob including:

• animal health treatments
• feed records
• withholding periods
• mob movements including property movements, sales, purchases and casualty records

Individual mob histories can be accessed by selecting a mob from the Mobs page, then select View Mob.

Paddock Histories

Mobble has a full history for each paddock including:

• products applied (such as fertilsers and sprays)
• withholding periods
• grazing history

Individual paddock histories can be found by selecting a paddock from the Paddocks page, then select Paddock Info.

Inventories

Mobble inventories are designed for quick and easy recording of products to meet compliance requirements. You can add products on the go including:

• expiry dates
• batch numbers
• withholding periods
• export slaughter intervals
• product origins

Access the inventories via the menu on the left.

Summaries and Reports

Mobble makes it easy to view and export summaries of all key compliance info including all mob actions, paddock actions, purchases, sales, casualties and natural increases.

To access summaries:

1. Select Summaries from the menu on the left
2. select a summary
3. Use the search or filter buttons to find what you need
4. use the print or download buttons in the top right to export a summary.

Farm Map

The Mobble Farm Map contains all your paddock and mob locations, and also displays which paddocks or mobs are currently in a withholding period.

You can mark hazards and key infrastructure using Map Assets:

1. Select Map from the menu
2. Select the green plus button
3. Add Map Asset
4. Select Asset type
5. Select Asset location on the map
6. Enter Asset details and Add Asset

Add your Auditor to Mobble

You can make audits even easier by giving your auditor temporary read-only access to your properties via Mobble Connect. Here's how:

1. Select Settings from the menu
2. Select Mobble Connect, then select Auditor
3. Invite Auditor, enter their email address and select relevant properties
4. Submit

Auditors are given access for up to 30 days, or you can remove them any time.
