We’ve listened to farmer feedback and built a feature that's beautifully simple for all your rainfall records.

Mobble Rain Gauge Release is Here ☔

A while ago we put a vote out to our Mobble Farmer Community on what features farmers would like to see next in Mobble. Out of that vote the most requested feature was a Rain Gauge to help record the farmers most influential data point, rainfall.

We’re excited to announce that this feature is nowavailable in our latest update on the app stores for Android and iOS. You can also check it out on the Mobble web-app for the computer.

Mobble's NEW rain gauge feature is here. Let us keep your rainfall records safe
The new Mobble Rain Gauges feature 🎉

The new Mobble Rain Gauge feature can have multiple rain gauges per property where we show YTD rainfall, MTD rainfall and also, historic rainfall totals and charts - Making it easy to flick between the years, and compare seasons. If you want to check out a demo video, click this link.

As an added bonus to this feature - if you're just getting started with Mobble, or if you have old rainfall records you would like uploaded into Mobble effortlessly - let us know, and send through a spreadsheet to jock@mobble.io and we can upload those records for you. 🙂

Improving Livestock Records with Mark Ritchie from Delatite Station 🤠

Mark Ritchie came back to the family farm in 1990, and after trying many different livestock record-keeping systems, has come to find Mobble to be the perfect solution. Read the full story here.

Mark has been with Mobble since early 2020 and his feedback has had a fantastic impact on the product. For that, we say thank you to Mark Ritchie for his time and energy from all of us at Mobble. 👍

What’s next?

We’ll keep improving Mobble with a focus on better offline functionality for November.

We're also on the look out for farmers and people of agriculture who would be interested in doing a guest blog post for our farming audience. If you, or someone you know would be keen on getting your name out there and adding value to our farming community, feel free to get in touch at jock@mobble.io.

Onwards & upwards,

Jock Lawrence (Chief Mobbler)
