Have you been invited to a Mobble property as a Farm Advisor? The Farm Advisor role allows you to view all the information on the property, add tasks (for recommendations) and use the Mobble Chat feature to communicate with everyone on the property. Here's how navigate Mobble as an Advisor.
Your invitation email to Mobble contains a link to set up a password. Once you've done that you can download the mobile app on Android or iOS, or use Mobble on your computer via the web-app. Log in, and navigate between properties via the dropdown at the top of the menu on the left.
Here's where to find key information you might need as a farm advisor:
Individual mob histories can be accessed by selecting a mob from the mobs or maps page> View Mob> History.
Individual paddock histories can be accessed by selecting a paddock from the paddocks or maps page> Paddock info> History.
Summaries can be found in the menu. This is where you can access historica data on a property level such as all mob or paddock actions for the property.
Histories and summaries contain a search field and a filter button to easily locate the records you need.
Reports can be found in the menu and will give you access to livestock numbers for the whole property. The date range for the report is customisable, and the report can be exported to a spreadsheet or PDF.
Inventories can be accessed via the menu to see what animal health products or feed are on hand.
A farm advisor can add recommended actions for the property via tasks. Tasks can be assigned to one person or to everyone on the property. They can be geolocated on the map or assigned to a paddock, and if you add a due date they will automatically generate a reminder on the day they're due.
