In our mission to make farmers' lives easier and more successful, we’re seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join our remote team. This role will focus on streamlining processes, driving efficiencies, and improving systems across the business. You’ll play a key role in aligning teams, enhancing collaboration, and supporting Mobble’s ambitious scaling efforts in Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas.

About the role

As Mobble’s Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising processes, systems, and workflows across the company to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively as we scale. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help streamline business operations, drive growth, and improve team alignment.

This role also involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting growth marketing initiatives, and ensuring Mobble is ready to meet the demands of a growing customer base in Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas.

You’ll have the opportunity to

  • Optimise business operations, creating and improving workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the development team to help align work with business priorities through streamlined processes.
  • Streamline growth marketing initiatives, ensuring Mobble reaches new markets and customers effectively.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives to align teams, enhance collaboration, and scale Mobble globally.
  • Contribute to Mobble’s success by driving operational improvements and fostering a high-performing team environment.

For this role, you’ll need (key selection criteria)

  • Leadership experience in Operations or a similar field.
  • A strong understanding of processes and workflows, with a knack for improving efficiency and creating systems.
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • A passion for creating value for customers, with empathy for the farming community and a drive to make their lives easier.

Nice to haves

  • Experience in SaaS, AgTech, or a similar tech-driven industry.
  • Background in growth marketing or supporting customer acquisition strategies.
